Michael Bunce
A part of Tony Minardi's original clambake crew, Michael Bunce has been catering clambakes & barbeques for more than 20 years with his company B&B Clambakes. Now, as an owner and manager of the CLAWS ON WHEELS companies, Mike has come full-circle, back to his Claws on Wheels roots. The former owner of the L.I. Coffee Company, Mike grew up in East Hampton and resides with his family in Watermill. Mike is a long member of the Montauk Rugby Club and takes part in many local organizations on the East End.
Sarah Minardi
CLAWS ON WHEELS CATERING continues Tony's long-standing tradition today with his daughter-in-law, Sarah Minardi, at the reins. Nicknamed "Sarah Claws" by the catering staff, Sarah grew up in East Hampton, graduated from Middlebury College, and worked as a book publicist in NYC before moving back to 'Bonac' and becoming Tony's go-to catering girl. Sarah has taken over the role of Catering & Event Coordinator.
